If you do not participate with any of these insurance companies, we do offer a sliding scale for those who qualify. If you would like to be considered for sliding scale please speak with your counselor.
Please note that David Zeikowitz, our Wellness and Addiction Consultant does not accept insurance at this time, but does offer a sliding scale. All fee discussions are held with Mr. Zeikowitz during initial free phone consultation.
You will be provided with a receipt at the end of the session. We encourage you to contact your insurance company about reimbursement for out of network services.
